Dual N-Back Test

Challenge your working memory by tracking both position and letter sequences simultaneously.

Takes approximately 5-10 minutes

What is the N-Back Test?

Working Memory Training

The n-back task is one of the most researched working memory exercises. It challenges you to continuously update and monitor information in your mind.

Dual Task Challenge

Our dual n-back variant requires tracking two streams simultaneously: spatial position in a grid and verbal letters. This engages multiple working memory systems.

How It Works

Track Position

A square lights up in a 3x3 grid. Press 'A' when the position matches N steps back.

Track Letter

A letter appears with each stimulus. Press 'L' when the letter matches N steps back.

Increasing Difficulty

Start at 1-back and progress to 2-back and 3-back as you master each level.

Why Train Working Memory?
